Bizzy website privacy

Scope: https://bizzy.fm and its public station and developer resources. This notice describes the website, not the native Bizzy apps or Apple's TestFlight service. Misha Naer is responsible for the project and can be contacted at hi@mishanaer.com about website privacy.

Advertising and telemetry
The website does not show advertising. It uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits and use of the website. The website code sends page views and these custom events: cat_tap, open_in_app, radio_play, radio_pause and session_time. The app-opening and radio events include the station name; session_time includes the number of seconds the page was visible. These events describe website interaction, not a recording of the audio you hear.

Vercel's analytics documentation describes processing of page URLs, referrers, timestamps, approximate location, device, browser and operating-system information. It describes visitor identification without third-party cookies. Provider details and configuration can change; see https://vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy for its current description. Do not put personal information or access tokens in links you share to Bizzy.

External services
Vercel hosts the website, and the Bizzy backend supplies the station catalog. Loading a website or API resource involves sending a network request to its server. When you start a radio stream, your browser connects to the external stream provider, which receives connection information such as your IP address. A station provider's data practices are separate from this website. Following a TestFlight or contact link takes you to the relevant external service, which has its own privacy terms.

This notice does not promise a specific deletion schedule for hosting or analytics data or describe unverified backend telemetry settings.
